Admin Tech & Travel Planner - Prudhoe Bay, AK
- Make travel arrangements to include air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, training enrollments, and itineraries
- Maintain travel programs and participate in further developments / improvements to such systems
- Generate and update reservation reports
- Manage the Travel Credit Card including preparing/submitting related expense reports and managing credit limit
- Accurately make changes to necessary systems (PLS, PSTS, VDIS, RTES)
- Develop a general understanding of our construction project operations
- Develop an understanding of company accounting structure in order to appropriately code information and troubleshoot problems
- Develop a general knowledge of the operations of the Arctic Oilfield Hotel, client provided billeting, and billeting procedures
- Develop a complete knowledge of company safety policies and SOPs and ensure adherence to those policies
- Provide scanning and filing support
- Process employee timesheets
- Maintain integrity of “source” documents (timesheets, logs, travel requests, etc…)
- Receive and manage a volume of incoming calls
- Maintain the filing of confidential information
- Maintain division phone lists
- Produce and maintain a log of client Personnel Mobilization Request (PMR) forms.
- Produce and manager weekly labor trackers for client approval, and assist with project invoicing.
- Other daily administrative duties as assigned

- Skills in understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Skills in communicating effectively orally and in written format
- Knowledge of guidelines concerning confidentiality of data, and must demonstrate tact and discretion
- Ability to multitask and function in an environment with competing and changing priorities to meet set deadlines
- Ability to recognize a need and take ownership of it’s completion
- Ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision
- Must comply with Worley standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
- Proficient dvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

a. Must have ability to stand, walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces, sit, squat, kneel, reach through low and high ranges and exhibit normal balance and coordination. b. Lift 20 lbs from floor to knuckle level x 2 with a 12 second interval,
c. Carry Test: Carry 20 lbs with one hand for a minimum distance of 25 ft x 2.Self-paced but continuous. (Allow a 60 second rest break between carry tests.)
d. Stairs: Climb 1 flight of stairs, 12 steps per flight x 5 for a total of 60 steps. Self-paced, but continuous. (Allow a 60 second rest break after climbing up and down 30 steps.)
e. Stair Climb and Carry: While carrying 20 lbs with one hand and holding onto a railing with the other hand for safety, walk up and down 12 steps x 2 for a total of 24 steps. Self-paced, but continuous.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
- Five years work experience in administrative support
- Three years North Slope Experience preferred
- Alaska residents preferred.
