Purpose of Position
- Assurance Quality Team provides and supports SSC in pursuing improvements and quality excellence.
- This position is responsible for SOP management, provide necessary support to the team on LEAN program and continuous improvement initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide input for the design of new processes and prepare new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with inputs from operations team.
- Prepare amendments to process documentation with inputs from operations team to maintain existing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist to organize in LEAN workshop, risk assessment and any other workshops related to quality.
- To drive simplification & standardization of processes.
- Continuous improvement of process strategy and associated program/ project approach, processes and deliverables to ensure they remain effectiveness, efficient and add value.
- Build a good relationship with stakeholders and customers for quality assurance services
- Provide support on cross-functional team deliverables as necessary.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in an assurance quality position or direct experience in Records to Reporting (R2R), Hire to Retire (H2R), Order to Cash (O2C) and/or Procure to Pay (P2P) role(s).
- Proven experience in process improvement projects execution. Highly regarded if expertise is within Shared Services/ BPO environment.
- Professional Qualifications (e.g. Six Sigma, LEAN) will be an advantage
- Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle – preferred)
- Track record in delivering improvement initiatives with financial benefits or improving customers’ experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines set
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision or as part of a team
- Ability to think logically i.e. able to use structure and reason to evaluate a situation and come to a recommendation
