We are looking for the following person to lead our MMM business in Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais with the following attributes:
MM&M Manager – Belo Horizonte
- Talent looking for the next career move to create a new business for one of the largest professional services companies in the world.
- Ability to communicate effectively, create teams, lead (not manage) and engage with people.
- Ability to work with clients and build a relationship based on trust, confidence and honesty.
- Individual with mining and mineral processing and handling experience (15+years)
- Motivated, high energy, enthusiastic and keen to develop new skills within the company.
- Fully bilingual, to enable engagement with our global centres of excellence in Ferrous, light metals, base metals, precious metals and mined fertilizers centres of excellence.
- International experience preferred.
- Leverage all of the Worley local and global capabilities to develop solutions and new commercial models for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility with profit and loss (P&L) for the office.
- Development of business plan and strategy
- Coordination with Brazil location and international Mining, Mineral and Metal locations.
