Role Outline/ Responsibilities |
Businesses around the world, in all industries, are rapidly transforming to a digitized state. The value of digitized business processes, connected systems and applications and access to business data is now obvious to organisations. Our Digital Consultancy group works closely with some of our key customers to help them transform and maximise their efficiencies and data-driven decision-making capability. Excellent Digital Product Owners / Transformation Consultants are key to this transformational success, as we expand this area of our ever-growing and ambitious team. Some of the core capabilities are listed below: · Highly capable in leading a team of business analysts, scrum master, developers and/or solution implementers · Experienced in reviewing customers’ as-is state and advising them on the most relevant technologies to suit their business challenges and opportunities · Assist customers in understanding the art-of-the-possible, by having a forward-thinking digital and technologies mindset that considers end-to-end process solutioning · Develop and convey strong business case or value propositions for digitalization investment · Develop and/or implement digital and technology solutions to meet business requirements and value proposition · Educate and develop stakeholders and users through communication campaigns, training and workshops

Qualifications & Key Requirements |
· You have 10+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 6+ years’ experience in business analytics, product ownership, digital transformation or similar · You have experience working in engineering or industrial industries · You are Agile experienced and confidently use Jira, ADO or other Kanban or Scrum tools · You can confidently navigate and construct business process mapping · You have experience with oversight of design thinking and output of service blueprints · You can confidently transform business requirements into backlogs · Comfortable communicating with Senior stakeholders and customers · Degree qualified in relevant subject · Associated with relevant professional bodies · Available to work in London/UK and where required elsewhere |
