We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised Facilities Coordinator to join our team to co-ordinate building facilities activities within the portfolio.
Based in New Plymouth this role will use your prior experience in office facilities and your strong people skills including: -
- Interpersonal: Builds constructive and effective business relationships throughout the organization; uses diplomacy and tact; is approachable; communicates clearly, accurately, and consistently both verbally and in written matters.
- Teamwork: Enjoys working in a high calibre team. Able to work and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders, deal with strict deadlines, able to prioritise workloads and help other team members to achieve team goals.
- Action Orientation: Achieves results set by self and others, meets timelines, pushes to achieve stretch goals, while demonstrating enthusiasm, persistence and tenacity. Breaks down work into executable tasks while taking the initiative when required.
To be successful you will have proven experience in the following areas:
- Facilities coordination within a corporate office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Sound administration, organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of building compliance regulations and codes
- Ability to multitask, work independently and adhere to strict guidelines
- Certificate or accreditation in Facilities Management (desirable)
- Intermediate skills in MS Suite, particularly MS Excel, Word, (Project)
This role is based in New Plymouth however you will may need to travel from time to time to our other offices.
