Finance Advisory Analyst - Subledger
About the Finance Advisory Analyst - Subledger role:
In this recording & reporting heavy role, you will be responsible with delivering timely and accurate financial services to the assigned countries across APAC, AMEA and Americas.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage escalations from controller team or finance partners with objective of achieving accurate recording in financial statements by coordinating and partnering with internal and external stakeholder
- Identify opportunities, support process improvements, simplifications and standardization
- Ensure that the integrated process is carried out smoothly to provide constant and quality deliverables to Locations
- Ensure that all reconciliations are signed off i.e. prepared and approved timely and with good quality (according to deadline).
- To verify the amounts and ensure that it agrees with financial statement items (no under or overstate of liabilities)
Key Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in accounts reconciliation and CI involvement experience
- Experienced in analyzing, communicating complex issues and data concepts to people, liaising with operations and to improve technical expertise regarding products offered, and ability to synthesize data, are essential
- Sound knowledge of system tools such as Oracle and Hyperion strongly preferred
- Solution-focused (Ability to identify errors), sense of urgency (Deadline on WD 6-key accounts; WD12-Non-Keey accounts)
- Advanced software skills including MS Excel
