Purpose of Position

  • To prepare and provide SSC Senior Leadership and Operation teams with the weekly and monthly SLA-KPI dashboard reporting and analysis for the SSC Operations and other key stakeholders.
  • To develop and deploy the required dashboard reports and key performance targets covering all Streams and applicable functions.
  • To support the Metrics & Reporting Manager to drive the adoption of and continually improve on the dashboard reporting with Operations and to help Operations to be on track in improving performance.
  • To continually improve on how the team can further value add to SSC Operations and SSC organisation as a whole.

Key Accountabilities

  • Liaise with Product and Operations Managers and other relevant key stakeholders to develop SLA-KPIs for operations and/or teams including both Operations internal KPIs and SSC customers facing KPIs.
  • Facilitate, manage and establish within Operation team/ units the tracking and reporting mechanism that supports the preparation of the dashboard reports for each Operation team/ unit within the stipulated timeline. Where required to directly extract data from various systems (e.g. service request management portal, Oracle, Hyperion, Business Reporting Tool, SharePoint, etc.) in support of the short interval dashboard reports deployment.
  • Act as advisory role to analyse the Operation team’s performance, provide findings on timely manner, propose recommendations for them to improve and meet SLA-KPIs.
  • Manage/ facilitate and if in need to directly handhold Operation Seniors to run periodic performance review sessions in line with the objective.
  • Continuous improvement of metrics and reporting processes. Include propose and drive changes to existing reports / templates / tools based on best practices, as well as creating efficient and effective templates / tools where they do not exist.
  • Prepare monthly SLA-KPIs dashboard metrics for assigned scope within stipulated timeline in support of the team’s delivery of the monthly SSC Leadership SLA-KPI dashboard.
  • Participate in defining functional requirements and performing UATs for metrics tracking/ reporting
  • related system improvements/ enabling initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc task, report and analysis requested by management.
  • Participate in projects as required.

 

Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Metrics & Reporting role or a related field
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in a related
  • discipline.
  • Experience in developing KPIs and metrics
  • Experience in developing and managing operational performance information and reports
  • Prior working experience in planning and implementing organisational change management
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle – preferred)
  • Exposure to business reporting systems
  • Experience within a Shared Services / BPO environment
  • Prior working experience in Records to Reporting (R2R), Hire to Retire (H2R), Order to Cash
  • (O2C) and/or Procure to Pay (P2P) processes will be an advantage
  • Qualifications
  • Professional Qualifications (e.g. Six Sigma, LEAN) will be an advantage.
