Worley are currently looking for a HAZOP Scribe to join the business in our Antwerp office. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that the successful candidate will be fluent in Dutch.
The successful candidate will be accountable for;
- Participates in HAZOP session and writes the report during the session, in accordance with internal JnJ HAZOP/LOPA guideline
- Has extensive knowledge about PHA Pro
- Prepares the HAZOP report to reduce the administrative tasks during HAZOP session
- Provides the HAZOP team with colored P&ID’s
- Stores the HAZOP reports in the right place at the different phases of the project
- Participates in plant visit and takes notes on design parameters
- Expedite weekly SAP/ETS timesheets
- Have monthly one on one with HAZOP spoc
- Participate in monthly KPI talk with team on the glass wall
- Participate in monthly facilitator connect meeting
- Weekly internal HSE meeting
- Weekly external HSE meeting
- Weekly one to one meetings
- Organize and Participate in HAZOP preparation meetings
- Intake meetings support as required
- Monthly report & KPI input HSE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Dutch: native language / English: fluent in reading
- Multi-office project or Secondment experience is a plus
- Home-Work (Geel) connection is acceptable for new applicant
- Committed to this role for at least 2 years
- Knowledge or local and European mechanical legislation and codes.
- Bachelor or master degree.
