About the role

  • Responsible for legal compliance of all corporate legal documents, licenses, permits.
  • Responsible in legal review for corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Prepare and review contractual documents to assist and support various business activities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible in legal drafting for corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on pre-contract and post-contract issues to ensure company’s interest.
  • Conduct legal analysis and advise legal opinion to business units.
  • Manage the litigation process of corporate legal matters.
  • Liaise with external counsels, public notary and regulations for any advises related with the company business excluding matters handled by the Corporate Secretary.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles excluding matters handled by in Corporate Secretary.

About You

  • Degree in Law.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Legal Staff.
  • Have experience in Legal administration, legal advice, legal review, legal drafting, and litigation.
  • Have skill of negotiation, communication, and law administration.
  • Strong knowledge of all local and international applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Advocate license preferable.
