Reporting: Project Quality Manager
Importance of Position and Experience
The Turnover Manager will play a key role in managing the Project Turnover activities and ensuring the highest professional requirements are taken care and customer’s expectations are achieved. This role is integral to the ongoing Project success.
This position requires a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a Completions Lead or Turnover role, including Completions and Turnover of complex installations in order to effectively lead, supervise and resolve execution issues on a day to day basis

Able Contracts with regards to Completions scope and deliverables.
Extensive experience in the preparation of Plans and Procedures/Workflows in the execution of projects.
Functional knowledge of all project discipline systems, design and reporting processes
Roles Requirements:
Work closely with the Project Quality Manager and the Project Management Team to ensure, coordinate and collaborate with:
•Commissioning and Start-up Leads to ensure system priority being considered
•progression of systems/subsystems turnover and handover through continued focus on systems PUSH/PULL strategy
•Schedule and organize system/subsystem walkdowns at Mechanical Completion and Handover
•Verify system/subsystem complete in accordance with engineering design; red-lined documents reflect “as-built” condition
•Verify system/subsystem commissioned in accordance with Turnover and Systems Completion Dossiers (TSCD); verify documentation is accurate and signed off by responsible parties
•Review Punchlist documentation by TSCD and ensure Project master Punchlist is complete, accurate and uploaded to Systems Completion Database
•Track Turnover progress by system/subsystem; include Punchlist status
•Ensure materials and equipment preservation carried out and documented during all project stages
•Track Commissioning/Start-up Stage deliverables in accordance with Commissioning/Start-up Execution Plans
•Track and Report weekly on commissioning and start-up KPIs per Commissioning/Start-up Execution Plans
•Coordinate transfer of care, custody and control of systems/subsystems to Operations Organization
•Project Management Plans and dependent systems and procedures are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Project and are consistent with contractual requirements.
•the smooth transition of the entire work scope through Design, Procurement, Construction to Turnover and Commissioning interface through to final Mechanical Completion and Operator Handover.
Training
The Training of Turnover and CMT is the responsibility of Turnover Manager.
Liaise with Commissioning
Turnover Manager will liaise directly with the Commissioning team to organize priorities to provide a seamless flow and thereby prevent the possibility of project delays. Commissioning is the demonstration that plant and equipment are built to the plans and specifications and perform to the design intent. Commissioning can also be described as the field activities of the completions process. Field commissioning starts during the fabrication and construction stages and ends when the facility is started up to first time operational status.
Final documentation is an essential part of Turnover, all related documents will be dossiers at the end of the project.
