Responsibilities:

  • Productize and Scale SaaS solutions by utilizing product commercialization best practices and rallying with leadership team. 
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, sales and product development teams to drive forward market research and analysis and execution of B2B software development
  • Drive revenue growth opportunities internally and externally by understanding customer requirements and developing sales strategies to drive adoption.
  • Manage operational elements related to digital business opportunities, including budget and revenue forecasts.
  • Initiate, guide and facilitate programs that relate to organisational change required to drive further internal adoption of digital practices within the global Worley organization.
  • Engage with customers to identify relevant value propositions and feature requirements to validate commercialization opportunities.
  • Define market and product requirements for the Engineering team to achieve product goals and optimize organizational efficiency.
  • Develop new product strategies, partnerships, go-to-market approaches, pricing strategies, and highlight features to decrease customer effort and increase revenue capture opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve commercialization issues in the wider product and business development teams.
  • Perform competitive market analysis to develop product offerings and feature recommendations and drive products to scale.
  • Apply prior experience to develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics, competitors, and customers with the goal to incentivise development.

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tech industry in Product management, Consulting, or Marketing preferably for SaaS products
  • 5+ years experience working closely with software development teams to develop and productize solutions

Strongly desired:

  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to influence working groups without authority and clients through presentations and other engagements
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Facilitation skills for workshops and events
  • Dynamic thinker with a strong drive who can connect the dots between problem statements and potential solutions

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Marketing

Preferred/Nice to have:

  • Graduate degree preferred - MBA, JD or post graduate, etc.
  • Understanding of ML/AI and data science concepts and methodologies
  • Previous experience in SaaS industry
