Job Description:

New requirement gathering & documentation – creating thorough documentation using best BA practices
Understand the data elements, entity relations diagrams and capture data flow across various systems. Collaborate with the Digital team to develop solutions that will optimize the collection of data through automation.
Ability to compile the data governance framework through discussion with the key stakeholders. Establish data-quality metrics and requirements, establish procedures for detection and correction of data-quality issues and collaborate with the Assurance Services Systems team to establish internal controls to maintain the quality of assurance data.
Ability to communicate with key stakeholders, do presentations and ensure that the view-points of Assurance function are conveyed in an appropriate manner.
Collaborate with other systems leads and the Data Foundation team to analyze and interpret trends or patterns across multiple data sources.
Keep abreast of emerging technology and identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes through application of new technology. Develop and steward business cases with input from operations, information technology and other functions as needed.

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

IT Skills:

Experience as a IT business analyst & well verse in SDLC activities
Strong documentation skill is a must – able to capture details highlighted & analyze the same
Ability to see broader picture from a data centric execution point of view & suggest the functional solutions to senior members
Must be comfortable to use MS Visio and PowerPoint presentations

People Skills:

Engagement as a proactive member of the workgroup and team player.
Professional and open communication to all internal and external interfaces.
Ability to take instruction and perform tasks accurately with minimal guidance.
Accurately report to management in a timely and effective manner.

Other:

Ability to quickly and accurately analyze complex, multi component functional issues – able to identify exceptional zones & articulate them correctly
Should be able to implement & follow standardize BA activities
