We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to be part of a large design and build project team based in Wellington. This role would be either contract or fixed term to meet the requirements of this exciting project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive building construction experience in brownfield modification projects including high hygiene facilities. You will have at least 15 years’ experience within this industry which may include a mix of site engineering or quantity surveying and at least five years contract management responsible with annual spend in excess of $35millon.

Reporting to the Project Director, this is a site based role and will include management of change including negotiation of variations across a mix of lumpsum and reimbursable individual contractor relationships.
