Reports: Functional: Assurance Manager (HSE, Quality, Risk) Africa & Project Quality Manager, Operational: Construction Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
- To manage and co-ordinate all quality related administrative duties (Details under Key responsibilities) and not limited to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capturing Minutes of Meeting as required and follow-up on actions with applicable action owners prior to each meeting
- Assisting and Coordinate Construction relates KPI reporting input including the development of KPI matrix development and graphs/ dashboard reporting (Provide back up to KPIs updates produced weekly and monthly)
- Develop project procedure and template register with support from Project Quality Manager
- Support Project Quality Manager with the development of Quality folders and organising quality records
- Assist with the planning, scheduling of site Audits/Assessments
- Expedite internal QC inspection report
- Draw up required commissioning documentation (C1 through to C4) Certification;
- Expedite the closure of non-conformance internally and externally (Client)
- Development and maintaining Inspection and Release Register
- Assistance will Inspection planning
- Expedite suppliers/contractor to submit their Quality documentation on time as per DCL & DRS requirements
- Maintain all site related Quality and Commissioning registers and associated punch lists
- Quality related data capturing
- Assist in Capturing corrective, preventative and improvement actions in SAI360 system
- Reliving / acting in other administrative position
- Support of other site administrative duties
Essential Skills/Experience:
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of secretarial / customer service centre experience.
- 3 to 5 years practical administrative experience in Construction Projects, Quality Assurance / Operations, in the same or similar industry. Site and construction experience preferred.
- Be computer literate with advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
