Main purpose of the job:
- The Strategic Marketer for Advisian is responsible for development of marketing strategies aligned with the Advisian service lines.
- You'll work closely with the sales team and service lines leaders to understand the strategy, customer insights and develop an appropriate marketing strategy to support the service line growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Be a brand leader and influence peers and stakeholders in the organisation to adhere to the Advisian brand.
- Be in tune with current marketing trands and ideas and be proactive in suggesting new ideas and ways to market.
- develop and execute account-based and service line marketing plans (content, customer personas, buying journey, reporting, events and campaigns).
- Conduct interviews with sales teams gain insights about our customers, and use that data to develop our customer buying journey.
- Work with service line leads together with market and customer insights, plan and develop thought leadership.
- develop annual content plan that covers both service line and account plans (pitch decks, videos, blog, presentations, customer success stories and thought leadership).
- Develop engaging and insightful original digital and written content.
- Work with the digital Marketing team to optimise all content for SEO
- Provide reporting and analysis for service line leaders and other stakeholders on performance of Marketing activities across our various channels.
Essential Skills/ Experience
Skills:
- Excellent writing ability - be comfortable doing a lot of writing
- Strong verbal skills
- Able to work with and influence a diverse group of stakeholders' who may not necessarily be direct reports.
Experience:
- Excellent level of Microsoft office
- Excellent Powerpoint skills a must
- Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred but not mandatory
