Position Summary: 
We are looking for a talented, focused, results-oriented professional to join our organization and be an integral part of our TA team. This is a hybrid role, you will be responsible for supporting our TA team, helping with additional TA projects and supporting our People (HR) team when needed. 

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for the full life cycle recruiting process, including after the offer has been accepted, including sending the I-9 request
  • Work with the leadership team to maximize the use of the Applicant Tracking System and key metrics.
  • Manage ATS and review candidate quantity and quality flow meet hiring manger needs.
  • Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, Job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches etc.)
  • Manage the background and drug screen process (including DISA), including: sending the appropriate forms to the candidate, requesting the screenings and follow up for the results, sending clearance emails for the hiring manager/project/HR and candidate
  • Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several teams
  • Provide general support to talent acquisition team and coordination of day to day activities, when needed
  • Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by creating unique and "outside of the box" ideas on marketing and events
  • Investigates unique ways to build and attract applicant sources
  • Supporting the People Team when needed

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferred
  • At least 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting and/or HR
  • Knowledge of and experience with ATS (Taleo preferred) and LinkedIn
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work well under pressure and changing and multiple deadlines
  • Manage and organize projects and initiatives with strong attention to detail and excellent work product.
  • Work independently with limited supervision, relative autonomy, and general review.
  • Exercise maturity and good judgment; be self-motivated and take initiative.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues.
