Purpose:
Oversees strategy, planning and delivery of Digital customer solutions across the Digital organization. Includes defining and driving the strategy, maintaining customer focus and direction, actively driving, supporting and fostering customer opportunities and interfaces and ensuring delivery and performance to plan. Manages and steers all projects across the regions, with a focus on larger / complex, high risk projects to ensure successful outcomes for continued company growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial performance of customer solutions group
- Drives client focus, project quality and performance of group.
- Develops strong customer relations, acts as project sponsor/participates in customer stewardship meetings.
- Digital consulting strategy and execution. Engages in strategy, key accounts, pursuits and proposals for regional operational projects. Drives similar effort for Digital scopes.
- Provides global leadership and people management. Actively participates in team selection/appointment of key resources accordioning to digital strategy, pipeline, focus and delivery needs
- Mentoring and development of senior Project Directors/Managers
- Maintains and grows internal relationships across Digital team and within wider Worley operational, sector, and strategic roles
What you will bring
Technical and Industry Experience:
- Extensive global Digital advisory, sales and consulting delivery experience, preferably in the Energy Chemicals and Resources or adjacent sectors
- Identify additional capabilities necessary for successful penetration in existing and new industries, developing business plans to support the required capital and knowledge investment.
- Experience of successfully engaging with client executives, senior management, partners and other key stakeholders
- Experience reporting to CIO or C-level executive and communicating with executive leadership
- Network of high-level key client contacts and ability to enhance customer relationships
- Access and engagement within industry and markets through thought leadership, networks, innovation and continued development of relevant content, offerings, and focus
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in all commercial contracting models/risk profiles and project scopes/phases (FEL/EPC/EPCM & Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc)
- Lead the commercial efforts of the company to accelerate growth by extending the organizations core competencies in diverse industries, including year over year revenue growth and sales pipeline
- Ability to mitigate risks effectively through positive decision making
- Motivational leadership style and strong communication skills with ability to develop high performance culture and teams
- This individual needs to have experience in leading large teams of regional management, sector leads and ability to lead from a distance
- Life learner and leader with vision: strong network relationships, vendor relationships, well-read/active with keeping up analyst and market research
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Engineering, Finance or other technical related fields
- An MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree preferred
- Big 5 consulting experience a plus
