Role Outline/ Responsibilities |
As a Worley Graduate you will join the Integrated Solutions business, based in Aberdeen, which delivers maintenance, modification, operations, engineering, fabrication, construction, hook-up and commissioning in support of greenfield and brownfield assets globally.
Worley recognises the importance of continual development, therefore you will join a four year structured programme, designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and experience required as a Project Professional Graduate. You will join the Project Management Function which leads the successful delivery of our projects from concept, FEED and detailed design services for both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas facilities. Our structured programme is designed to provide Graduates joining the Project Management community of Worley with first-hand training and development, ensuring that they gain the knowledge, skills and experience required for them to contribute positively to the wider Worley business. As a Project Professional Graduate, you will focus your learning to apply theoretical principles to defined tasks. You will be involved in the review of project processes, utilising your current knowledge based experience whilst learning the broader theoretical principles related to Project Management.
