Job Purpose
Operates as a lead of a Project Services Group at Location. Services includes planning cost and schedule, performance data, tracking data, cost estimating, contracts, document control, procurement and logistics.
Job Specific Knowledge: Cost Control, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Change Management, Procurement, Contracts, Supply Chain.
Industry Specific Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role (including supervisory and project controls leadership). Project management skills and ability to work well in a Global, high-pressure environment.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: University Degree or equivalent in related Engineering, with Peruvian Engineering Association Active Membership (CIP#). Master’s degree in Project Management or related field desirable. AACE membership is a plus.
HSE Capability: Actively promotes LIFE behaviours, and HSE policies, applied in all Project Services Processes.
People Skills: Strong influencing ability with advanced stakeholder and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and supervise training, prioritizing and scheduling. Ability to recognize and resolve conflict. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Other: Self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a global team environment.
Proven experience in tendering requirements and procedures will be an advantage.
Strong planning and organization skills
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
