WFP Senior Facilitator
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Common Responsibilities
· To deliver the FGP-WPMP Project Execution Plan.
· To meet the position Objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
· To be personally responsible for ‘Zero Incident & Injuries’.
Specific Responsibilities
· The WFP senior facilitator supports the WFP facilitator with the co-ordination of the development of IWPs
· Support Contractor WFP planners with the development and assembly of IWPs, ensuring that safety, quality and efficiency at the Workface are considered in the planning process.
· He/she acts as liaison between the Contractor WFP planners and Company WFP Facilitators and the WFP Planning Leads.
· Utilizes his/her hands-on construction expertise to assist WFP Facilitator with any issues with Contractor’s development of IWPs and subsequent assembly of IWPs in SmartPlant Construction (SPC)
· The WFP Senior facilitator coordinates with and provides construction knowledge to project schedulers, engineers, WFP facilitators and superintendents
· Ensuring all Electronic Format Templates submitted by Contractor Workface Planners is accurate, in the appropriate format, and of appropriate quality.
· Identify specific risks associated with executing the planned activities.
· Providing or arranging for inclusion of safety compliance in FIWP to mitigate specific risks.
· Ensure intended safety requirements are properly conveyed to workforce supervision.
· Determining and coordinating resource requirements and liaising with resource coordinators
· Reviewing IWP for completeness and accuracy
· Coordinating IWP execution with field supervision
· Coordinating activities with field supervision, resource coordinators, project controls, quality assurance other planners, and operations personnel
· Provide continuous support of the IWP process from initial IWP scoping sessions through to the IWP close out.

2.1 Education |
· Higher Education Certification (HND, HNC, or BSc) · Have knowledge of health, environment and safety (HES) industry best practices · Knowledgeable about several construction trade disciplines or discipline specialty · General knowledge of engineering process related to WBS, Path of Construction Development, Constructability, and CWP development. · General knowledge of materials management systems and procedures. |

2.2 Work experience |
· Minimum 5 years’ experience on industrial construction projects as journeyman or tradesman. · Minimum 5 years’ experience on industrial construction projects as a General Foreman, or Superintendent. |

2.3 Language skills |
· Kazakh, Russian and English |

2.4 PC knowledge and skills |
· Computer literacy. |
