Purpose:

Worley is currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator who will support a major pipeline project with providing support to the Field Compliance Analyst by providing audit information by researching and analyzing data, preparing reports, conducting risk assessments and enforcing corrective action where necessary.  The ideal candidate will have a solid background in compliance support of Project Managers and other Field Compliance members.

 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure that documented compliance guidance is in place for internal associates as well as external business partners
  • Provide project manager with compliance support, reports and due date reminders
  • Manage and update compliance database with due dates, changes to due dates and any important scheduled compliance meeting dates
  • Work with internal and external business partners in reviewing and approving advertising for compliance with legal requirements
  • File advertising for approval as required.
  • Responsible for updating general compliance and product manuals for life and health products, as well as, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Group Benefits businesses.
  • Periodically review and update Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management and employees.
  • Implement and amend, analyze policy forms for Health products (i.e., life, accident, and health products, including vision, dental and other limited benefit health products) to ensure compliance with our Carrier partners which follow state and federal laws
  • Obtain approvals from Insurance Companies.
  • Will be working with multiple software packages, including Bluebeam, Sharepoint, CLS, Fulcrum, Omie, SmartPlant and Microsoft Office
  • Work with external business partners as necessary. 

What you will bring


Required Technical and Industry Experience: 
 
  • Technical Diploma with 5 years of experience in Land Compliance work
  • 5 years of experience working in a compliance role preferable with PHMSA experience
  • Experience working with a variety of land databases such as Omie, CLS, Encompass, Bluebeam, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to understand commitments on the project
  • Ability to understand the required deliverable for each commitment
  • Ability to know the assigned person for each commitment
  • Experience with analyzing information on spreadsheets and turn it into a summarized report
  • Have the ability to tell how much time in advance of a commitment the work will be started so that the proper paperwork can be completed
  • Ability to present at meetings to update project managers, field compliance workers and engineers
  • Present at the pre-job meeting in regards to what items require documentation to fulfill a commitment.
  • Call, email and stand by desk until people provide you with the required commitment documents and have the ability to escalate to the PM if people are not cooperating

Required:
 

Technical degree with 5 years of experience in Land Compliance work

 


Preferred:

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
