Disaster Recovery Analyst
About the Disaster Recovery Analyst role:
In this governance structure heavy role, you will govern and assist in the development and testing of Disaster Recovery plans. You will provide expert consulting services and recommendations regarding techniques to ensure customers critical applications achieve continuous availability.
Key Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate and execute DR tests for Worley’s internal and external data centres.

Assist and guide Worley’s site DR Coordinators during disaster recovery process.

Guide and assist critical data centres and applications owners to develop required DRPs.

Review and maintain DR Operationalization Plan which describes the DR team’s operational functions.

Collect critical applications and servers data especially Worley's ECR sites followed by developing DR Plans for the sites.
To succeed in the Disaster Recovery Analyst role, you will need to provide governance and advice on applications DR matters including assisting applications owners during audits.
Key Requirements :
- More than 1 years of experience in disaster recovery or business continuity planning preferably in a large organization.
- Sound experience in disaster recovery planning and documentation with excellent written and spoken communications skills.
- Has a high level knowledge of technology platforms specifically in Windows, Active Directory, Networking and Databases.
- Must be able to work in a matrix or distributed global team and be able to act as consultant or advisor in some instances.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and/or Access, competency in VBA would be an added advantage. System knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
