Salesforce Platform Manager
About the Salesforce Platform Manager role:
In this CRM heavy heavy role, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing the BAU team for Admin, Configuration, Development and QA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establishing standards and processes for BAU application management.
- Functional & performance line management of the systems team.
- Overseeing the design and implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the approved strategies under BAU functions and reference architectures.
- Driving implementation and utilization of new platform features.
- Problem/incident resolution and as the key point of contact for escalations.
- Assisting with vendor management.
- Liaising with IT teams to ensure updates and releases are consistent with Enterprise Architecture.
To succeed in the Salesforce Platform Manager role, you will need to liaise with IT teams to ensure updates and releases that are consistent with Enterprise Architecture.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in relevant related field ie: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Application & Web System.
- A broad range of experience in Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of current CRM best practices, trends and technical background on salesforce products.
- Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce and related tools.
- Experience with ITIL and Service Management.
- Experience with Salesforce Integration with other systems.
- Strong people management skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, Self-driven and Responsible.
